What do we do with the underlying structure that was in our design?

Your design may have poles, bases or other elements that may have been "rented" to you for the term of your event. If you have paid for take down service, you don't need to do anything other than tell us when we need to retrieve them by. I will let you know if such structures exist in your design. Occasionally there are items in a design that are of a high dollar value which will require a damage deposit up front. The deposit will be returned to you within 1 business week after you return the item in good working condition. If the item is not returned or is returned damaged the deposit will either not be returned or will be partially returned after the cost of the damage is determined.
