Frequently Asked Questions

What is your inclement weather policy?

In the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to insure delivery, however if our driver feels that it is putting their life in danger to attempt or complete a delivery, the delivery will be rescheduled for the next day weather permitting.

If the property manager or other party would like to come and collect a partial delivery, we will consider delivery complete and no refund will be issued due to the extended amount of time and risk taken to get the delivery as far as we did.

What do we do with the underlying structure that was in our design?

Your design may have poles, bases or other elements that may have been "rented" to you for the term of your event. If you have paid for take down service, you don't need to do anything other than tell us when we need to retrieve them by. If you did not then you will need to return them to us within 72 hours of your event at 48 Tail Feather Ln #D Bozeman, MT 59718. You may leave them on the porch. I will let you know if such structures exist in your design. Occasionally there are items in a design that are of a high dollar value which will require a damage deposit up front. The deposit will be returned to you within 1 business week after you return the item in good working condition. If the item is not returned or is returned damaged the deposit will either not be returned or will be partially returned after the cost of the damage is determined. On these items please call me to arrange a drop off time and hand them to me personally so that I may check them over.

What is your deposit policy?

We require 50% at time of booking with the remainder being due 2 weeks prior to the event. If you’re booking 2 weeks or less in advance of your event the entire amount is due. You may cancel up to 30 days prior to your event for a full refund of your deposit. 30 -15 days prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund of deposit but may be eligible to reschedule their event and apply the deposit to the new date. 14-0 days prior to the event will forfeit the entire amount.

How long will my balloons last?

Balloons are made of highly biodegradable 100% natural latex so the amount of time that they will last depends on the environment that they are in. If they are exposed to sunlight or high or low temperatures their life span will be reduced. Indoors with normal temperatures your balloons will last for 2-5 days. We do not guarantee that they will last for any amount of time outdoors.

How do I pay?

We invoice you through Square and take all major credit cards.

How do I order?

To place an order please call us. Since each event is unique we need to ask a number of questions.

Do you Deliver

Yes we deliver. We have a standard delivery fee of $25 in Bozeman and Belgrade for orders less than $300. If you are outside of those areas, please contact us for rates and availability.

Do you fill balloons that are brought to you?

No we do not. If you need to find someone who will please call us and we can help direct you to somewhere that will.

Do you do contactless delivery

For some items contactless delivery is available please request this when ordering so we can structure your designs accordingly.
